"Peter has completed many projects for us over the last three years including:
♦ Complete overhaul of the outside of our property including replacing the rendering where it had failed due to ivy growth and some cracking. This also included a complete outside repaint in sandstone paint and repairs to the chimney which needed some major repair work.
♦ Extensive landscaping work including two new patios, installation of a large stone circle, levelling the ground, creating two raised beds using railway sleepers, installation of a large storage shed with base, installation of a new greenhouse with floor and installation of a gravel path with slabs.
♦ Fitting of a new downstairs cloakroom which included moving the wc, fitting cupboards with new sink and wastes, remodelling the ceiling and back wall and tiling throughout.
♦ Various decoration work including living room and bedrooms, painting walls, ceilings and skirting boards
♦ Refurbishing a room in the garage including retiling the floor, replacing the skirting board and repainting throughout.
